Winter Warmer Day Retreats are just that; A day to warm your heart and look after your wonderful self.
You’ll start to feel the benefit the moment you arrive at the venue, a beautiful home set at the foot of Malvern Hills called Elmslie House. Details of this can be found in the following link: https://www.elmsliehouse.co.uk/
Each day starts at 10:00 and finishes at 16:30. Sessions and workshops including yoga (all levels catered
for), mindfulness meditation, wellbeing strategies and relaxation techniques.

experiences the atmosphere is informal and welcoming.

- Lunch - Winter warming soups, vegetarian quiches, salads, fruit and a cheeky dessert (subject to availability by the caterers) and a range of teas, coffee and juices.
- Use of yoga mats – if you prefer to bring your own you are welcome to do so.
